These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Enduro Manager (the "Service"), an endurance racing strategy and team-management platform for sim racing, operated by the Enduro Manager team ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You sign in with your email address (via magic link or passkey). You are responsible for keeping access to your email and devices secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@enduromanager.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

The Service is currently in Early Access. It is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may change, break, or be unavailable at any time. We may add, modify, or remove features, and we do not guarantee that any race data, fuel calculation, or strategy output is accurate or fit for any particular purpose. You remain responsible for your own racing decisions. Do not rely on the Service as the sole basis for time-critical or high-stakes race decisions; always keep an independent way to track your fuel and strategy.
You retain your rights to the data you provide (such as race plans and team information). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data to operate the Service. This includes race telemetry the desktop app reads from iRacing — such as fuel, lap, and timing data — that you share with your team during a race. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service interoperates with iRacing telemetry and related data. Enduro Manager is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations, LLC. "iRacing" and related marks belong to their respective owners. Your use of iRacing remains subject to iRacing's own terms.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by the Enduro Manager team and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the Service to you.
The Service is currently free to use during Early Access. If we introduce paid plans, we will show you the price, billing terms, and any applicable cancellation or withdrawal rights (including, for EU consumers, the 14-day right of withdrawal) before you purchase. Those terms will then form part of this agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, prize money, or competition results, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — including any interruption, error, or unavailability during a race. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings > Danger zone > Delete My Account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
