Privacy Policy

Enduro Manager ("we", "us", "our") is an endurance racing management platform for sim racing. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it.

1. Data We Collect

When you create an account, we collect:

Email address — used for authentication
Display name — shown to your teammates
Timezone — used to display race times in your local time
Passkey credentials — stored only if you choose to set up a passkey for sign-in

When you run the desktop app during a race, we also process race telemetry from your iRacing session, such as fuel, lap, and timing data. Live telemetry is shared with your teammates in real time to provide the live strategy features. Separately, you can opt in to auto-share your telemetry files (session recordings, which include inputs such as steering, brake, and throttle) with your team; this is off by default and controlled by a setting you can turn on or off at any time.

2. Emails We Send

We only send transactional emails that you explicitly initiate: sign-in magic links when you request to sign in. We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or unsolicited notifications.

Every email includes a link to stop sending emails to your address. Clicking it adds you to our suppression list and we will not send you any further email.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

We use a small number of service providers to operate the Service (for example, cloud hosting and email delivery). They process data only on our instructions and only to provide the Service.

Your teammates can see your display name and timezone, the live telemetry you share during a race, and any telemetry files you choose to auto-share. Your email address is never shown to other users, including teammates.

4. Your Rights

You can update your information from your profile at any time. You can delete your account and all associated personal data from Settings > Danger zone > Delete My Account. To request a data export, contact us at privacy@enduromanager.com.

When you delete your account:

Your user data is permanently deleted
Telemetry files you uploaded are removed from our storage within 30 days
If you participated in team races, your display name on those races will be replaced by "[deleted account]"

We may keep telemetry data in an anonymized form, with no link to your identity, to improve the Service. Anonymized data is no longer personal data.

We do not use tracking cookies.
